Before Heather became known for her refined interiors, she made her mark in the fine art world. Her first gallery, Blue Heron Designs in Birmingham, Michigan, was celebrated for showcasing Native American and contemporary works — a vision that caught the attention of The Detroit News in 2003.
Heather Robinson, née Lufkins, is a multi-dimensional creative force whose career spans fine art, fashion, event production, and luxury interior design. She began her journey in Michigan in 2000, opening her first gallery in Royal Oak and later expanding to Birmingham, where she showcased fine art, furniture, and works by indigenous artists worldwide. By 2002, she had launched an interior design division, marking the start of her transition into full-scale design. After relocating to Franklin Lakes, New Jersey, Heather expanded her influence in both art and fashion.
She was named one of Detroit’s Best Dressed Women by Metro Exposure and featured in Bergen County 201 Magazine. Her career further evolved as she produced high-profile red carpet events for celebrities, athletes, and politicians, while also appearing on Bravo’s Real Housewives of New Jersey, Lifetime’s Million Dollar Shoppers, and VH1’s Mob Wives and Love & Hip Hop.
In 2016, Heather moved to Arizona, where she opened a ladies boutique and founded Heather Robinson Designs, an interior design firm based in Scottsdale. Today, she collaborates with luxury home builders and private clients, creating bespoke residential and commercial spaces that reflect her signature blend of artistry, fashion, and design.
